TOM BEZEK
Lean Six Consultant
Tom is a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt from Kent State coupled with a BS degree in Chemistry from Syracuse University. Tom has 38 years of manufacturing experience with companies including Allied-Signal, Eastman Kodak, Rexam Custom and Adhesives Research.
Tom began his career as a Product Development Chemist and then moved into Manufacturing Process Development, which included the creation and implementation of standardized processes and test methods for new products being transitioned to production from development.
Tom also has experience with ERP system implementation with a focus on the manufacturing side including bills-of-material, routings, discrete jobs, and planning.
Tom’s Lean Six Sigma areas of expertise include DMAIC, PDCA, FMEA, Kaizen, Kanban, Visual Management, and 6S implementation.
