LUCAS JERDEN

Lucas has over 27 years of experience in delivering results in business consulting, process transformation, and project management.

He has expertise in both Six Sigma and Lean, having managed over 200 continuous improvement programs, trained over 2000 students, and mentored over 150 practitioners and business leaders. 

 

His experience includes manufacturing, engineering, healthcare, insurance, technology, and oil and gas. He has driven results in many processes including operations, supply chain management, engineering, service, sales, marketing, and IT. He has deployed continuous improvement programs at both Siemens Medical and Invensys, helping to reshape their businesses and drive profitable growth. Lucas also has 10 years of experience as Business Improvement Consultant, in multinational corporations such as ABB, Chevron, Shell, and Cisco.

 

Lucas holds a BS degree in Industrial Engineering and a Masters in Project Management. He is also a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
