JAMES MIKULSKI

James Mikulski is a Certified Master Black Belt and an Enterprise Excellence Leader with more than 20 years of Lean Six Sigma experience. He is a highly accomplished, process-oriented, and results driven operational excellence leader with proven success in cultural transformation, operational excellence deployment, and execution. A strong, hands-on practitioner of Lean Six Sigma tools and continuous improvement methodologies. 
 

James has hands-on experience in leading and implementing the complete Lean Six Sigma toolset including: 5S, Standard Work, TPM, VSM, SMED/Quick Changeover, Pull / Kanban, Cellular / Flow, FMEA, Statistical Process Control (SPC), Process Capability (CpK), statistical analysis / hypothesis testing (ANOVA, t-Test), Design of Experiments (DOE), & DFSS tools.
