GORDON ADELSBERG

Gordon is a Lean Six Sigma coach and consultant, as well as our resident safety and process safety expert. Over the past decades, he has worked with healthcare facilities, food manufacturers, utilities, commuter railroads, pharmaceutical companies and firms in many other industries.  He also has several years of experience helping oil and gas companies improve their process safety.

Gordon’s background is in management consulting and building businesses.  He understands – from the leader’s perspective – the challenges faced when companies choose to make a cultural change in the business.  He can help management guide their organization through the transition, establish the improved culture and appropriate metrics, and then deliver world-class performance.

Gordon is a Six Sigma Black Belt and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP.) He holds a BS from Cornell University, an MS from NC State and an MBA from Penn State.
