With a career starting in the Automotive sector, Bill has knowledge and experience with the full suite of Lean tools and techniques used by leading companies.

Bill has extensive experience in both training and applying the tools in a variety of industries and environments across all levels of an organization. These industries include glass manufacturing, contract liquid manufacturing, metal fabrication, assembly, coating, packaging, healthcare, gas & electricity, service parts manufacturing, and logistics.

Bill has extensive experience and great success in designing and leading transformational culture change programs across a range of environments. Building on

the foundation of Lean tools, He engages with senior leadership to develop and communicate a shared vision, then engages employees to understand how their work connects with the achievement of the goals and how operational excellence helps them. The results have been sustainable long-term gains.

Bill has coached individuals in various roles from shop floor to senior leadership. He has focused routinely on daily shop floor performance management, visual management, 5S, process mapping, error proofing, and other Lean tools that reduce waste in the processes to improve results for the employees, company, and customers simultaneously!
