ALICE CONNOR-MALYSZEK

Lean Six Sigma Coach

Alice’s success in working with organizations comes from her deep experience in strategy development, lean transformation, organizational development, and leadership. Throughout her career, she has led multi-site manufacturing operations as well as production/industrial engineering, configuration management and all aspects of quality. Alice has developed and executed manufacturing strategies in support of program competitive capture plans and growth objectives. She has led organizations in lean/ six sigma continuous improvement projects to drive out costs and improve velocity across the business, as well as within manufacturing operations. She has coached teams in innovative approaches that developed new technologies as well as step change improvements to processes. Alice is as comfortable working with the C-suite as she is working with the team on the shop floor.

 

Alice holds a BS and Associates Degree in Mechanical Engineering as well as advanced coursework in statistics and reliability from Penn State University. She is an alumnus of the International Woman’s Fellows Program for Leadership. Alice holds certifications from Gemba Institute in Lean and Six Sigma from the University of Michigan. She is an advocate for Science, Technology and Mathematics and Arts (STEMA) and is active in this area.
