Alice’s success in working with organizations comes from her deep experience in strategy development,
lean transformation, organizational development, and leadership. Throughout her career, she has led
multi-site manufacturing operations as well as production/industrial engineering, configuration
management and all aspects of quality. Alice has developed and executed manufacturing strategies
in support of program competitive capture plans and growth objectives. She has led organizations in lean/ six sigma continuous improvement projects to drive out costs and improve velocity across the business, as well as within manufacturing operations. She has
coached teams in innovative approaches that developed new technologies as well as step
change improvements to processes. Alice is as comfortable working with the C-suite as she is
working with the team on the shop floor.
Alice holds a BS and Associates Degree in Mechanical Engineering as well as advanced coursework in
statistics and reliability from Penn State University. She is an alumnus of the International Woman’s
Fellows Program for Leadership. Alice holds certifications from Gemba Institute in Lean and Six Sigma from the University of Michigan. She is an advocate for Science, Technology and Mathematics and Arts (STEMA) and is active in this area.

Richard (Rick) Donahoue, CSCP, CPIM, specializes in consulting in supply chain optimization and operational excellence. He also provides training in most of the APICS sponsored materials, Operations and Materials Management, Lean and Inventory Management.
Rick has worked for York International, Graham Architectural, Honeywell and Tyco International. He held a variety of positions in Operations Management, Materials Management, Marketing/Forecasting and ERP implementations.
Rick is an APICS recognized Master Level Instructor in CPIM, CSCP, and the Lean Enterprise programs. He is certified Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma from Villanova University.

Patrick Conlon helps companies to achieve positive results through Leadership Development and Lean Six Sigma training and implementation. Prior to consulting, Patrick was an Operations Executive, leading business transformations and start-ups, introducing Lean Six Sigma methods that improved efficiency, eliminated costs, decreased defects and optimized operations.
Since 2011, Patrick has been offering on-site Black Belt and Green Belt training and certification courses. He will visit your location to deliver one of the most effective training programs your company will ever utilize. Patrick has worked with an array of companies and entrepreneurs to train and implement Lean Six Sigma for continuous improvement and project management skills.

Michael has 18 years of Lean Six Sigma experience at Honda of America including 4 years in Japan. He was part of an exclusive group that went to Honda’s Tier 1 suppliers to help them improve their processes and remain competitive.
Mike has a Master of Business in Operation Excellence (MBOE) Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Ohio State. Earlier, after attending The Citadel, he spent 11 years on active duty and is a lieutenant colonel. Much was gleaned in terms of leadership principles, and he recognized that the people skills gained are something most companies, if not all, need to embrace. Mike understands that while good management and good leadership are both essential, the key principles are not the same.
Part of Mike’s passion is the teach the 14 Leadership Principles and how one develops themselves to become the type leader who can “influence others to do a job willingly”.
Dave Rizzardo received his B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from PSU and worked in industry for 17 years focusing on quality/productivity improvement and the implementation of Lean Manufacturing principles.
As a Project Engineer Dave's major responsibilities included developing new manufacturing processes and leading employee teams in the planning and implementation of cellular manufacturing. Dave's area of concentration is the development of Lean Manufacturing training and implementation services.
Don Grimley is an ISO auditor who offers ISO 9001:2015 implementation services through Go-Lean-Six. Don is also a solution-based, cost-conscious Lean Six Sigma practitioner with over 40 years of proven expertise in developing and implementing structures/programs to boost production, reduce waste and elevate standards during the entire lifecycle of a product. Don’s work has been on manufacturing floor as well as in above the shop floor processes.
Don is committed to continuous-improvement efforts which sharply increase both customer satisfaction and company’s bottom line. He assesses systems and data to identify areas of improvement, using Six Sigma and Lean tools, to execute effective action plans for improvement. He has led over thirty rapid improvement (Lean Six Sigma Kaizen) events in manufacturing, logistics, office, service and warehouse environments identifying problems and accelerating process improvements.
Don is a Senior Member of the Society of Manufacturing Engineers, Association for Manufacturing Excellence, and Senior Member of American Society for Quality and the Lean Enterprise Forum. He has expertise in both Six Sigma and Lean,
having managed over 200 continuous improvement programs, trained over 2000 students, and mentored over 150 practitioners and business leaders.
His experience includes manufacturing, engineering, healthcare, insurance, technology, and oil and gas.

A strong, hands-on practitioner of Lean Six Sigma tools and continuous improvement methodologies.

Matt has more than 12 years of progressive manufacturing experience in high volume Fortune 500 vehicle manufacturing operations. His professional history includes positions in as Paint Area Manager, Assembly Area Manager, Lean Production Systems Manager, and Director Program Manufacturing. Matt obtained his degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2006 and his MBA with a focus in Continuous Improvement and Lean Systems in 2012.
Matt is known as a change agent and problem solver. He has a passion for working with team members to ensure the true root causes of problems are known. He is able to understand the complete value stream to ensure that the solutions provided meet the needs of all stakeholders. Matt has a proven track record of implementing lean tools in high paced operating environments. He has a unique ability to adapt the application of the lean tools to every individual by leveraging real-world examples.
Matt leveraged statistical process control to improve built-in quality. He also used Kanban to reduce lead time, create common value streams for similar parts, and implemented 6S to reduce waste and ensure all in process WIP could be managed visually. In Assembly, Matt implemented leader standardized work as a tool to drive accountability to the appropriate metrics. He also implemented waste walks which allowed Matt the opportunity to teach his team to see waste in every form. In addition to those examples, Matt is also implemented: daily management boards, Process Problem Solving, Value Stream Mapping, TPM task lists, visual management, 6S, and kaizen.
Marty possesses more than 35 years of progressive experience in Manufacturing Operations. His professional history includes positions such as Vice President of Manufacturing at R.H. Sheppard Co., Inc., Lean Manufacturing Manager at BAE Systems, as well as General Manager at Vought Aircraft Industries. Marty is an active Board Member of the Manufacturers’ Association of South Central Pennsylvania.

Marty’s passion is developing manufacturing leaders and environments based on lean (Toyota Production System) principles in a transparent, integrity-based culture, delivering bottom-line results using the tools and processes to reach operational excellence.

Gordon is a Lean Six Sigma coach and consultant, as well as our resident safety and process safety expert. Over the past decades, he has worked with healthcare facilities, food manufacturers, utilities, commuter railroads, pharmaceutical companies and firms in many other industries. He also has several years of experience helping oil and gas companies improve their process safety.
Gordon’s background is in management consulting and building businesses. He understands – from the leader’s perspective – the challenges faced when companies choose to make a cultural change in the business. He can help management guide their organization through the transition, establish the improved culture and appropriate metrics, and then deliver world-class performance.
Gordon is a Six Sigma Black Belt and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP.) He holds a BS from Cornell University, an MS from NC State and an MBA from Penn State.
Tom is a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt from Kent State coupled with a BS degree in Chemistry from Syracuse University. Tom has 38 years of manufacturing experience with companies including Allied-Signal, Eastman Kodak, Rexam Custom and Adhesives Research.
Tom began his career as a Product Development Chemist and then moved into Manufacturing Process Development, which included the creation and implementation of standardized processes and test methods for new products being transitioned to production from development.
Tom also has experience with ERP system implementation with a focus on the manufacturing side including bills-of-material, routings, discrete jobs, and planning.
