Go-Virtual - Lean Six Problem-Solving Kaizen Workshop

Interactive, Online Facilitator led Workshop to develop the Disciplines of Problem-Solving.

Designed to apply to office and manufacturing environments as well as all levels of learners.

The course leverages the proven approach of the 8 Disciplines of Problem Solving.

Once per week for four hours over 6 consecutive weeks.

Learners will focus on how to turn problems into opportunities by understanding the process of the 8 Discipline Method. The workshop will include Lean Thinking, mistake proofing, safety as well as basic tools such as brainstorming, the fishbone diagram and 3 x 5 Why’s. An experienced facilitator will help lead you through the development of problem-solving skills that can be immediately applied.  Join in interactive discussions on how to change your paradigm to become a problem solver and opportunity seeker! Each participant or team will present their results, sharing images and explanations of each step of the process as we apply the process and learn together.

  • This is an Interactive Facilitator led Workshop to develop the disciplines of problem-solving.

  • This is a 24-hour workshop with a cadence of 4 hours once a week for 6 consecutive weeks.

  • The workshop leverages the 8 disciplines (8D) of problem-solving

  • Learners will focus on how to turn problems into opportunities by understanding problem-solving methods and tools

  • The workshop will include Lean Thinking, mistake proofing, safety hierarchy of controls, the fishbone diagram and 3 x 5 Why’s, brainstorming and an introduction on PFMEA methods.

  • Regardless of your work environment, the experienced facilitator will help lead you through the development of problem-solving skills that can be immediately applied.  

  • We will wrap up with each Team or Practitioner presenting their project results using a PowerPoint presentation.

  • Each will present their results sharing images and explanations of each step and comparing baseline and current performance measures.

Cost: $895 per person for this 24-hour Kaizen workshop.
